Brand New Music Festival Announced for Essex in 2016
Barleylands Farm, Billericay, Essex Friday 29th April – Sunday 1st May 2016
Boney M, Loreen, Paul Young, The Real Thing, Amelia Lily & Shola Ama are among a diverse line-up set to hit the Party On stages to entertain up to 38,000 festival goers over the 2016 Mayday Bank Holiday Weekend. The fun starts on the Friday as Party On hosts the Weeken
d Warm-up Party from 6pm at the Tipsy Cow Campsite Bar. Enjoy acoustic live music alongside a circus spectacle of jugglers, stilt walkers and fire eaters. If you prefer to conserve your energy for the Saturday, chill out at the campsite’s open air cinema instead, with a classic feel-good Friday film. A screening of Grease will start at 9pm and we will be giving out prizes for the best fancy dress. The gates open at 11am on Saturday to a family friendly music festival with something for everyone; live music across 3 stages, adult funfair, bars, food stalls, pop-up shops and lots more. There is a Kidz Zone with a range of activities, a free children’s funfair and live entertainment aimed at a younger audience. Headliner Sister Sledge will see the evening out on the Main Stage and Sunday will also host a full day of entertainment with another fantastic line up until headliner Spandau Ballet close the festival. Camping options are available, as well as VIP Packages, or you can book festival accommodation at the prestigious Pop Up Hotel if you’re more of a Glamper. Party On is a true music festival, not to be missed, with spectacular live acts, street entertainment and something for the whole family.
