I can find and with as much love and care as I would use if preparing them for my own family and friends. All of the food preparation is done by me. Many of my ingredients quite often include my own organically home grown vegetables and herbs; and in every case are always selected by me. All of my broths, soups and gumbos are home made and simmered on the back burner of my stove for hours. Fresh seasonings are hand chopped, salad dressings are home made, cheeses are freshly grated and chocolate is slowly melted. I believe my artistic presentations will inspire your guests’ appetites just as my dishes will. I am committed to taking no short-cuts. I will treat your guests to the same “warmth and charmth” I offer guests in the dining room of my own home.
