This is a famous thai soup and its honestly just delicious, with an added bonus of being good for you. We start from scratch using whole prawns and aromatics, such as ginger, lemongrass, and galangal to make the broth. The finished product is a well balanced soup with prawns and mushrooms.

We have had loads of requests for sushi plates lately. We love making all different styles and types. Whether you want vegetarian or seafood we have you covered. As a ball park the platters below are $50 each, and have approximately 50-60 peices each. Send us a message next time you need catering we would love to help.😊🥗

Amanda and I are at the Night Markets tonight cooking middle eastern cuisine. We always endeavour to get as much local produce as possible and tonight is no exception. With bumper crops this year in our gardens we are happy to say most of our salad ingredients have a food mileage of 2km. We are pretty happy about that🤩👍🌶🥒
