Available online and suited to anyone over the age of 18, our events can make an alternative gift idea. Established since 2007, Tameside’s Resident Paranormal Group are a Not-for-Profit, Volunteer-Based Team based in the North West region and we invite you to join us, to help conduct a complete investigation by working not only from a spiritual point of view but a scientific one. As we strongly believe that serious professional paranormal investigations can help to answer many compelling questions within the Spirit World and can only be achieved covering all the bases. With your help, our team members, which include qualified Safety Officers, will encourage you to participate throughout the evening. With guidance and politeness, the experience is intended to be enjoyable and cost effective, as we aim to give you an insight to being a Paranormal Investigator. So When Booking With Us, Be Prepared! Whilst encouraging you to call out, you will also be given the opportunity to use various items of equipment and traditional techniques to record data, audio and even environmental fluctuations, giving you a hands-on opportunity to experience a paranormal investigation in a safe and informative environment. Offering You the Chance to Experience the Unknown Using various experiments and traditional techniques, such as Glass Divination, Ouija Board If You Wish, Lone and Team Vigils, plus your chance to take part in a reconstruction of a typical Victorian Séance. Some of the investigative techniques the Team will be doing include: • EMF Readings - detecting disturbances in the electromagnetic field. • EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) - looking for strange voices or sounds in digital recordings. • Spiritualist Techniques (Dowsing Rods, Pendulums & Yes/No Divination) - attempting to communicate directly with any 'presences'. • Cameras - We set up video cameras that run all night to detect any anomalies. Guest are also encouraged to bring their own cameras (still & video) to aid in their investigation. Our investigations are kept small and intimate. A maximum of 24 - 30 guest on a night, depending on size of the venue, who are then split into three smaller groups allowing more time to possibly 'experience' something paranormal. At the end of the evening, based on the findings on the night, we will find out if you think the site is or is not, haunted! All our investigations are carried out with the utmost respect to the Owners, the Property and most importantly to the possible Spirits, whom, we remember as in this life or the next, people are still people. Charity Investigations ~ UKSS Believes in Giving Back With Tameside and Glossop RSPCA being our chosen charity, we are proud to have assisted in raising money for many national & local charities and therefore happy to continue as always. Being also proud supporters of the National Gulf Veterans and Families Association, the Friends of both Morecambe Winter Gardens, Denbighshire Leukemia Research and other many other Organisations over the years, we welcome anyone who would like us to host a Charitable event, within their requirements but the onus is on you to cover the cost of the chosen location and depending on distance, a minimal contribution to travel costs may be expected. We also aim to assist potentially haunted locations too, which like Morecambe Winter Gardens, are in need of funds to either renovate or just help to upkeep the building, as most don’t receive funding from official sources.
