There are also several different online resources I have used, specifically for paper goods, which gives options that are not just limited to what can be found locally. I will arrange meetings with the vendors of your choice and will help you understand the difference between the services and prices that are offered. Finally, the day of your event can often be the most overwhelming. Did the band remember your special song? Is the coffee being served to everyone? I'm in place to take care of any last minute details so that you can just sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor. From setup to takedown, I will be there to ensure your event is exactly what you hoped it would be! I can work with both conservative and generous budgets.
