Nestled on 16 secluded acres of rustic private land, our 1800's plantation style estate with wide sweeping verandas overlook our picturesque lake and gazebo. Deerpond Plantation is a unique venue where you will have a memorable celebration surrounded in a beautifully landscaped natural environment that provides a romantic and intimate backdrop for your wedding, and a charming and iconic setting to be exclusively enjoyed by you and your guests.

Deerpond Plantation is an outdoor event and wedding venue that offers breathtaking scenery, ceremony and reception sites on the same property. We have a 1200 sq. ft. gazebo that is the lakeside centerpiece, a beautiful palm and rose garden terrace, and a 40' by 60' elegant reception hall. Please call to schedule your tour of our venue. We are located in the University area of Charlotte just minutes from downtown, I-85 and I-485.
