Substantial cocktail style grazing tables filled with hot and cold items - all menus are designed to the specific requirements of the Bridal couple. Dietary requirement items are matched as closely to the main menu as possible.
peep at some behind scenes activities preparing to serve fresh cooked on site meals. Often styling and setting of tables is included, then the team get stuck in with the business of cooking, serving and making sure all guests are well fed and happy.
had the most incredible experience in being part of an intimate "pop up backyard wedding" assisted with the styling of an arbour on the alfresco area,. then proceeded to cook a casual dinner on site, for the intimate guest list - cocktail tables set up in the lounge area, dining table converted to a buffet table - the rest is history the happy couple did their beautiful vows in front of family, Nanna and friends The Thyme&Again team co ordinated proceedings, poured drinks , made sure the bride and family were fed and watered..cooked light easy early evening Paella and salad, .fun was had by all ....

getting ready for a wedding takes lots of energy so food is the answer.... balanced, light bites, energy giving yet a bit decadent and so what -its your day hair and make-up all the planning done and now time to destress, relax and snack away Thyme&Again will deliver and provide breakfast, tea time snacks and light lunch -leaving you stress free to savour every moment with your girlfriends and family.
whoops nearly forgot the dessert - special order for a Pavlova bar - each guest made up their own pavlova or meringue nest, to taste.... and of course "KIWI BIRD" watched over the comings and goings of a traditional New Zealand treat . Other sweet treats were also on offer including all dietary needs to satisfy the sweet tooth......
substantial cocktail food followed ...and of course we had a special dietary section to meet all requirements. Healthy choices all freshly prepped and made on site.
Like the wine flowed so did the food service -strawberries dipped in chocolate with post ceremony champagne then bar open and snack food... catering for all dietary requirements.
Then the styling of the reception started - ready and waiting for the guests to party in a rustic and filled with foraged native foliage, environment😀everyone was involved including Mum in Law - Sue, who became a team member for one day - and who collected and lovingly placed all the foliage in place - happy to have Sue join our team!
The Thyme & Again team had the pleasure of being part of our beautiful couple, Andrea and Nick's wedding from start to finish. As the ceremonial area, and long walk down the aisle, lies in wait for their arrival, we wish them much happiness and love on their journey as Mr and Mrs starts....

Wedding guest gifts with a difference - olive gift packs with jars of extra virgin olive oil, naturally fermented olives and homemade dukkah. Not only delicious but jars can be repurposed and used over and over again a reminder of a happy memory of your special day!
