The Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi with Italian flour is an original recipe from our chef "Ferna". We ask to him about the origin of the recipe and he said to us that he wanted to develop a gnocchi more soft than the potato´s gnocchi and also with the ingredients of the Neapolitan restaurant: ricotta, mozzarella and flour. He told us that he had done a probe with ricotta and flour and he discovered that gnocchi are softer , lighter, and more flavorful. It´s our pleasure to invite you to view how we do the preparation and to try them in our restaurants. The chef recommendations are "Gnocchi Alfredo", "Gnocchi Bolognese" for the meat´s lover and "Gnocchi Pesto" for vegetarians. Chef Ferna would love to know your opinion on how you like your gnocchi. We are interested in your opinions and new ideas in order to develop new recipes in order to always reach satisfaction of our customers.
