What a great little find this place was.
Marian Lake - Milford Sound New Zealand.
A grueling 2 hour each way hike, but totally worth it.
We had the whole place to ourselves.
A great chill for a few hours listening to the distant avalanches roar down the mountain.

Had this cheeky but beautiful Kea (the only alpine parrot in the world & the worlds smartest bird) come to visit us every day during our stay at the Milford Sound Lodge on the South Island of New Zealand. What a great experience! 🥰👌

If you ever get the chance, put Milford Sound on your list.
It's one of the most beautiful places on planet Earth.
