Our friends and family have enjoyed them so much they have started hosting
their own parties out here in the middle of nowhere. We are ready to start renting the building out for your special events. We built the "Party Barn" for entertaining purposes in mind. Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, Family Reunions,
Charity Events, and the list goes on and on. Base rental ra
te for the building is
$50.00 a day. We are open seasonally from the weekend of Easter to the weekend of Halloween. Other times as well, weather permitting. Prices are negotiable depending on what services you request. The barn offers a kitchen for you to prepare your own meals, hire a caterer,
have a pitch in dinner, or Lisa will cook for your event for a base rate of $50.00
with "you" supplying the menu and ingredients. Daryl will roast a hog for you
and provide live music for $500.00. The barn has a stage for live entertainment or karaoke. Daryl is an exceptional musician and plays in several bands. He can offer live
music for your event. The price for the band starts at "base" rate of $400.00 for
3 hours. They can play as long as you like and the price would be negotiable for
extended hours and number of band members for your particular genre. There is room to dance on a concrete dance floor. We can seat close to 80 people inside the building. There is a single his/her bathroom. We can serve drinks but it is a free will offering,
we do not sell alcoholic beverages. We can provide a bartender for your event
for $15.00/hr. Hopefully I have covered the core essentials, If you have any questions, feel free
