Universal Life Force Energy

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on the person, or thing, and it is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us

, which causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Its legacy was passed on verbally and experientially and written down later. Dr. Mikao Usui received the Reiki symbols in a spiritual state of consciousness after fastening and meditating for 21 days on a sacred mountain in Japan. Working with Reiki is working with energy. It is simple, safe and easy. The word Reiki is generally translated as “universal life force energy”. Reiki is not a religion and requires no set belief system for it to work. It does not require meditation, rituals or ceremonies. Reiki cannot harm anything or anybody.
