Consultation & Inspiration Board: $150 and up
If you're a do-it-yourselfer looking for just a little help getting started, an in-person or telephone/email/Skype consultation and digital inspiration board may be perfect for you. This service is a terrific way to clarify your color scheme, theme and style to guide you through your planning. We will discuss your room or party and work through the details until you feel we have it exactly right, and I will remain available to you throughout your planning for questions and guidance on resources. Dessert & Candy Table Styling: $350 and up
Peony Party Events specializes in dessert & candy table styling & design. A dessert table, candy table, or a combination of the two is perfect for any occasion, including graduations, birthdays, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, fundraisers and corporate events. Dessert and candy tables are always a "wow" at a party, and can easily double as the favor for your guests when small bags and scoops are provided. The cost for dessert & candy table styling and design includes a design consultation either in-person, by phone/email/Skype, as well as everything needed for the table, including but not limited to all candy and/or desserts for you to keep, and on loan from my personal collection, all vessels, trays, cake stands, containers, scoops, ribbons, decorations, flowers, tablecloths, customized signage and backdrops. This package also includes setup prior to your event. Kate will work within your budget to create a beautiful candy or dessert table that is affordable for you. This service is for the busy person who wants a beautiful, customized party, but wants or needs someone else to do all the work. That's where we come in! This service includes assistance in every aspect of your planning, including but not limited to, for example, recommending & coordinating all vendors, coordinating invitations, signage & thank you cards, designing/styling all tables needed for the party (seating, food, bar, dessert, etc.), styling the host family's ensembles to coordinate with the color scheme/theme, creating the host's (very brief) "to do" list and setting everything up prior to the party. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your party! Examples of Complete Design & Planning include:
