For the experienced chef we will hire out the roaster with or without a hog; however why not trust us to cook and optionally serve your hog. Please call us to discuss your requirements – we are happy to tailor the package to suit you. The Full Monty

We can’t cook anything but if you’ve something that you want to cook and wish to use the roaster then here are a few ideas:

Turkeys or Ostriches
Quarter of Beef
Suckling Pigs or Lambs! Swans (only by order of Her Majesty the Queen )
We can help you with sourcing any particular cut from our local butchers – however please be warned that we focus on the best meat from local suppliers that is hung well and perfect for roasting.
