Looking for somewhere unique for your wedding? With elegant, vintage charm, the Sand Plum will make your event as special as you are. Situated high above historic downtown Guthrie, the Grand Ballroom occupies the entire top floor of the prestigious Victor Building. Your guests will enjoy watching the red bricks of downtown darken as the sun sets and the lights of Guthrie and Edmond come alive. The stunning custom drapes and original hardwood floors give grandeur unlike any other. In the lower level lies the Barrel Room. It is roughly the same size as the Grand Ballroom, but has its own unique flair. Reminiscent of an old world wine cellar, the Barrel Room’s native stone walls and open beamed ceilings give any event an intimate feel. The Barrel Room opens up to an underground courtyard allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air without leaving the party! Many brides use the Barrel Room for the ceremony in conjunction with the Ballroom, but it functions wonderfully on its own. From wine tasting to a latte bar, we have several options for a pre-reception to keep your guests entertained while they await your first entry as Mr. and Mrs.! We offer a wide range of catering services including appetizers, passed hors d’oeuvres, buffets, five-course plated dinners, chocolate fountains and more. You may bring in your own catering for a small fee.
