A page for all things related to the $2 Punk Shows at The Spill (Peterborough) and The Moustache Club (Oshawa).
On the second Friday of every month, 3-4 punk bands from all over Ontario (and sometimes further) take the stage at the Spill in Peterborough and tear the the place apart. The shows have become known for their large dedicated crowds filled with moshing, singalongs, and crowd surfing. The spray painted banner that reads "$2 Punk Show Tonight!" and the $2 cover charge give the show an overall feel of nostalgia and pay homage to the grassroots beginnings of the punk rock era.
