ORDERING
1. All orders are subject to availability.
2. Please complete payment within 24 hours upon order confirmation.
3. Kindly include Party Société email address ([email protected]) during online transfer or provide payment details once payment has been made.
4. Orders will be processed on the next working day once payment has been made. SHIPPING
1. All orders within Malaysia will be shipped via Pos Laju Courier Service.
2. Each order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days upon payment.
3. Pos Laju operates and make deliveries from Monday - Saturday (except for the first Saturday of every month).
4. Delivery time will defer based on region. Remote area or rural areas may need additional days for deliveries.
5. Party Société will not be held responsible for any lost package or damaged goods en route delivery by Pos Malaysia.
6. Notification will be sent via email to inform when order has been dispatched.
7. Packages can be traced via Pos Laju website. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of e-mail notification before tracking the package.
8. All balloon products are couriered out flat (without helium or air).

1. Goods sold are not returnable nor refundable.
2. Warranty are available for foil balloons and selected items only.
3. Refund will only be made upon receiving the image of defective item within 7 days upon receipt of your package as evidence.
4. Party Societe have the right to decide whether the goods are eligible for refund or not.

3. Party Société reserves the right to change the price at any time without prior notice. GUIDELINES FOR FOIL BALLOONS
It is advisable to inflate the balloons few days before the event, to ensure the balloons are in perfect condition. INFLATING
1. There is a small valve or opening in the "tail" of the balloon. Slide the opening onto the nozzle of the helium tank/balloon pump until you have a tight fit.
2. Hold the neck of the balloon firmly around the nozzle with one hand and press on the nozzle to release the helium/air into your balloon.
3. Inflate the balloon.
4. Mylar (foil) balloons are self-sealing, so just remove the nozzle from the balloon and press the valve flat to seal.
5. Do NOT tie the ribbon around the valve of the balloon or a leak may occur. Instead, use the hole or tab located below the valve to secure the ribbon.
6. For helium balloons, tie the ribbon to a balloon weight to prevent the balloon from floating away. DEFLATING
Release the air from balloon when not in use. The foil balloons are reusable, fold and store it in a cool and dry place till the next usage.
1. Remove any ribbons from the balloon
2. Insert an ordinary drinking straw into the valve until the air starts to come out
3. Gently squeeze the balloon, letting the air out until the balloon is flat
4. Remove the straw
5. Fold the flat balloon and store till next use. WARNINGS
• A foil balloon can appear deflated in cold air, but it will fill out when warmed up.
• Do not expose foil balloons to extreme heat or they can burst.
• Not recommended for children under 8 without adult supervision.
