Why us? Airbrush Face Painting has many benefits. Our paints are alcohol b
ased which dries on contact, is water resistant and also smudge proof! Great for pool parties. It is also hygienic as we have no sponges that could possibly harbour bacteria. The paints will come off easily with soapy water at the end of the day. Mermaid and Monsters hold public liability insurance to the value of 5M and work to strict health and safety standards ensuring all paint is suitable for the body and regularly cleaning and maintaining our equipment. A power supply is required for our PAT tested compressors, although if your event can not provide this we can work from a Co2 tank or generator. Airbrushing will be set to a comfortable pressure for the skin, a nice little tickle! If a child is uneasy about the airbrush we will do our best to put the child at ease blowing a little air on the arm first! Positive and entertaining interaction with the children will be maintained at all times as we wish to make the face painting experience a pleasurable and memorable one! Our airbrushed tattoos are great for the older kids and can be long lasting if looked after well. We can also provide UV and glitter tattoos. We have a large range of designs for both face painting and tattoos and you may choose to hire us for one or the other or both, but please note, if you require tattoos this will increase the cost as materials are more expensive to replace for this form of art. Children can be painted between just 2 and 5 minutes depending on design which equates to a minimum of around 12 children per hour. We charge just £30 for the first hour and £20 per every hour after that, this includes airbrush and glitter tattoos if the children so choose. We can also provide crimp-in hair braids.
