*Policies*
-Everything in my shop is digital files-I send you items via email and you get them
printed out on your own. No physical items are mailed to you.
-You need a computer to either print your files from home or send them to a store's
website.(Walmart.com,Staples.com,Etc.) If you send items from your cellphone, the
quality of your items will be poor.
-All items must be paid before I begi
n any samples-if something needs to be changed
then I will be happy to fix it for you.
-Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as
the many different types or brands of paper and ink your're printing with. My shop is not
responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.
-Items must be ordered at least 2 weeks ahead of party. I get items designed and sent within
1-2 days.It is not my responsibility that you do not get items printed in time.
-I make sure I provide excellent customer service and do not mind giving you directions on
how to get items printed. However, if your having technical issues with your computer(exp. adobe flash needs to be updated) I can not help you with that.
-I value each of my customers but all my policies have to be followed.
