ncludes sales and lodging tax. We have 4 rooms. Our “On the Trail” room has 2 twin beds and one full, our “Dust Bowl” room includes two full beds and a twin, our “Summer Moon” is complete with one king bed, and our “Nature Quest” room is loaded with 7 twin beds. Please make sure all dishes are done up. Rest of cleaning is done for you. Country Barn: Full facility is included free of charge to ensure your group a perfect customized experience.
$525.00 per day/night this includes taxes. Facilities are complete with Country Barn, cocktail garden, relaxing pond (no fishing or swimming), Outdoor country chapel, rooms, unique playground perfect for the kiddos, hot tub, small kitchen, outdoor propane fire pit, outdoor propane grill, washer and dryer, sitting room, lounge and more. We have wooden tables, lots of wooden benches, plastic chairs and round tables, lots of unique decorations that can be used for your event, two large speakers, one with microphone, projector and screen. When renting full facilities for large events: Facilities must be cleaned up and left the way you found it. All laundry must be taken to laundry room and all trash taken out to dumpster with all rooms/buildings swept and mopped. A clean up package can be purchased for an additional $250.00 and all of these things will be done for you. If you choose to leave with out cleaning up or purchasing a clean up package, you will be charged $375.00. LINDSEY'S COTTAGE: located 6 miles from Bunk House on New Mexico-Oklahoma state line sets a white 2 story cottage surrounded by trees. Perfect for a honey moon night, girls get-away, family get-away, bridal party or just an evening away just to name a few ideas. 1 Full Bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, and a couch that makes into a bed for a total of 6. Cottage has TV with DVD player and music player. NO WiFi or cable. Cottage rents during the week for $115.00 all taxes included and $135.00 for weekend nights. 2 night minimum. All dishes are do be done up and cottage left the way you found it with all laundry reported to laundry room and trash placed on back porch. A cleaning fee will be charged if left in a mess. Both Bunk House and Cottage are perfect for large events and individual stays no matter the occasion. TAT trail riders, event stays, or if you find yourself working in the area and rather a more private, country setting. ALL reservations are made with 25% non refundable down with remainder due upon arrival or before arrival. 24 hour calculation is required or full amount will be charged. LJ’s Bunk House does not offer meals although they have partnered with day help to supply on sight meals for any occasion. Pricing varies per event or stay. LJ’s Bunk House LLC offers an event planning and decorating service. Just what you need to make your event special without the stress! Prices vary per event. Ogden Photography: Prices vary per large event. Most popular senior and family sessions: $75 for mini session which includes one location within 30 miles of my location in Wheeless OK and 6-11 finished photos. Large package includes up to 2 locations with in minimal distance apart (taken the SAME day) and 12-20 finished photos. Photos are placed on disc or flash drive and all copyrights released. This makes printing cards, prints and canvases much more affordable for everyone. If you choose to have a longer session or photos taken on separate days, these are considered separate packages. LJ’s Beer Corner: LJ’s Bunk House LLC has a low point beer license. Beer Corner can be rented for your stay or event. Servers included. Pricing varies per event. Therapy with Lindsey:
Lindsey Ogden, therapist for 11 years is certified in many different massage techniques specializing in deep tissue therapy presented in a relaxing atmosphere complete with hot stones and aroma therapy. At the very end of the page is a full description of different massages. Instead of a price for each which adds up quickly, we have set prices for all of it! Ion foot cleanses: $25 per person. Dual action machine. Can provide two cleanses at one time. LJ’s Bunk House LLC host a shotgun target contest, it is set up as an entry fee of $160 per person which includes lunch, water, tea and coffee. This contest includes non moving targets, moving targets and 4 flushed pheasants which are kept by the shooter as their live trophy if harvested. Cash and or prizes for top winners. Winners are determined by high point average of both rounds under set time limit. Dates of contest will be announced. If you have a group of 8 or more LJ’s Bunk House LLC will host a private contest for your group. These are available October through March. Target practice with non moving and flying targets are available as an add-on year round for larger groups. LJ’s Bunk House LLC have made many changes to our pheasant hunt packages. Natural Pheasant Hunt: We provide the land pheasants are known to be most populated. We do not provide dogs, but welcome yours. This is a natural hunt with some fun help and awesome perks. 7 bird limit! As a courtesy we provide the meals and rooms for you to stay free of charge. We provide guidance and help in areas desired such as walking field, bird cleaning and packaging, etc. These details vary per groups desires. It is our goal to provide the hospitality to make your hunt unique and memorable. A one day hunt is $350.00 per person in groups of 4 or more. This includes meals and your one night stay. We do not double book. We cater to your group only. NO ONE is allowed to hunt on any property associated with LJ’s Bunk House LLC unless given the authority to do so. ANYONE found trespassing will be turned in to authorities. Archery Antelope: Land with and without blinds, with and without water source. Non-guided hunt. Only those staying at LJ’s Bunk House LLC are allowed these privileges. Trophy fee only when renting a room or Country Barn from LJ’s Bunk House LLC. This is an "on your own" hunt therefore hunters are not under the responsibility of LJ’s Bunk House LLC. Deer and Elk hunts are not provided by LJ’s Bunk House LLC although ALL hunters hunting in the area are welcome to stay with us at any time!! Any un-accidental or excessive damages will be charged in any rental/event situation and vandalism charges will be filed.
