Before getting in touch about a booking, please read the guidelines below. We explain our booking process and preferences on this page in order to help you decide if The Nest is a good match for you. They’re expensive to produce and time-consuming to review. We’ll respond to your request after reviewing whatever music that you have featured online. This can be on any number of sites which are read

ily available (and free), so no need to reiterate what you're probably already using! We appreciate the chance to work with those who have put in some years as a touring and/or working professional. We are looking for musicians and groups who have played festivals, colleges, major venues, and done some significant traveling. There are many venues where you can accrue that sort of experience, however The Nest is for people who have already done so. We DO book people on their first tour of the region. If you haven’t already built a base around here, but you are well-established elsewhere and would like to get a foothold in North Carolina, we’d be happy to talk about ways we might begin a relationship. Most of the time, we will be able to respond to your booking inquiry rather quickly, usually in about a week. If it takes longer, please be patient, since even if we are NOT interested in booking, you will definitely receive at least a courtesy email in less then a month. Lastly, please...PLEASE take notice of the genres which we book here at The Nest. If you fall squarely into one that we do not, we respectfully ask that you waste neither of our valuable time.
