I make a wide variety of baked items and dinner dishes. I have been cooking and baking for over 30 years. Everything I make is of the finest ingredients and always homemade. Hello my Foodie Friends!

These are my homemade Reese peaunt butter cup cookies!

A huge fan favorite when I was catering! This spring I will be taking orders for PIE, cookies and homemade jams and jelly!

I will have a menu out soon and I will ship! This is on a case by case basis as I am still Life Coaching by Nancy. Change your FOCUS, Change your LIFE. and I am an ordained minister at Weddings by Nancy.

One of my goals was to hit 1k in followers on my LinkedIn platform. I met that goal today plus almost 1k in connections total of nearly 2k.

My goal was to reach 1k in followers by the end of this month. Goal met early!! Most of my coaching content can be found on LinkedIn. I have only been active since April on this platform so the numbers mean a lot to me.

A lot of work to can it! I still have a ton of apple's and have made one pie thus far. Doing everything by scratch and homemade is a lot of work!

So worth it though!!

Good day foodie friends!!

I made this frittata for my dinner tonight! Had to bake it now before it get's to hot out!

Meal planning is essential to living a long and healthy life!
Frittata is essentially an italian omlette!

In English I say it is delicious!! You can make it however you want! This one has spinach, red onion, broccoli and a little sprinkle of cheese on top! I use to make these for my Son when he was little so he would get the veggies in! He LOVED it!

I have been cooking and baking since I was about ten years old! I come from a family of excellent cooks and bakers. My pie crust recipe was handed down to me from my sweet Grandma Mavis Eudora Qualls..she always got annoyed when I would introduce her as Mavis Eudora..ha .
