UPDATE: Unfortunately, we've encountered an unexpected roadblock. Our main oven is not functioning properly, and fixing the issue is not an option at this stage. As a result, we need to source a new oven, which will unfortunately delay our reopening. We regret this inconvenience but have very little choice in the matter.

Get ready—your favorite Proto treats are making a grand comeback! We're putting the final touches on our renovations and fine-tuning our machines to perfection. The wait is almost over, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. A fresh new look, the same unbeatable quality - our count down will be starting soon!

Get ready for something amazing! We're gearing up for our grand reopening, and we couldn't be more excited! Right now, we're busy moving in all our newly refurbished baking equipment, machines, and furniture. Plus, a team of skilled technicians is on-site this week to make sure everything is in perfect working condition. If all goes according to plan, we’ll be ready to start baking tests next week for our highly anticipated small-scale reopening. Stay tuned, because delicious things are coming your way soon!

We are very excited to announce that Proto will be under going renovations! A new look for our future. Unfortunately we will be closed during this time, December 2024 until February 2025.
