Instant Flooring is an innovative, dynamic company, established in 2006 as a single source supplier, offering turnkey solutions for all types of portable temporary flooring systems . Instant Flooring is a locally registered company and operates from Johannesburg and supply flooring solutions both locally and internationally. We meet the requirements of the South African Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) according to the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No 53 of 2003. Instant Flooring provides portable temporary flooring systems which caters for every spectrum of the market, from stadium turf protection, conventions centres, trade shows, tents and marquee flooring, weddings, corporate, hotels, exhibitions and many more. The rapid expansion of the live entertainment industry with a move to stadiums and outdoor concerts, due to lack of large indoor venues, has forced industry users to revert to “home-made” temporary flooring solutions which were proving inadequate for the professional market and are not cost-effective and easy to maintain. Before Instant Flooring, the events industry were building temporary flooring using materials not really suited for these applications with high cost in labour and slow turn-around time. Instant Flooring was established to solve the temporary flooring problems facing various industries by introducing a unique, professional, durable, cost-effective, modular, easily maintainable temporary flooring solution. Instant Flooring has brought a unique range of products to Africa fuelled by the company’s passion for the live events industry. What have we archived so far? Since its establishment in 2006 Instant Flooring has grown significantly in the South African market and has become the preferred temporary flooring supplier to the event and exhibition industry in South Africa. Some of the major events for which flooring was supplied include: ANC Mangaung conference 2012 Vodacom Event - Covered Orlando Stadium Numerous Ball Room Dance Competitions for S. A. Dance Foundation Auto Africa – Suzuki Rand Easter Show - MTN Expo Centre (Nasrec) - SABC Durban July – Heineken Johannesburg International Motor show – Suzuki & Volvo Re-launch of Amstel Lager Coke Fest – Alberton DSTV Disney channel launch Coca Cola Dome – various exhibitions All the major exhibition shows, i.e. Markex, Electra Mining Expo, Foodexpo, Decorex, Baby Expo, Wedding expo to name a few. Vodacom Yearly Conference at Sun City. All 10 of the soccer stadiums for the Soccer World Cup 2010. We have done flooring in all the major conference centres across the country, Sandton Convention Centre, Durban ICC, Durban Convention Centre, Cape Town ICC, Midrand Conference Centre, Gallagher Estate to name a few.
