Last weeks romantic dinner for two, a 5 course dinner to celebrate a birthday…

My clients had a birthday to celebrate. After welcoming a new born in the festive season they opted to have an exclusive dining experience at home with their little family together.

I created a menu tailored to their preferences, set the table and served the food. Leaving the kitchen spotless and their tummies full.

Catching up on a busy January. A lovely wedding set up with a light harvest table…

Congratulations Denzyl and Elaine wishing you a lifetime of happiness together.

My clients wanted something more casual on their harvest table with mini burgers, mini wors rolls, wraps and ciabatta sandwiches.

Followed by a doughnut wall and simple floral two tier cake with a red velvet layer and a vanilla sponge.

I arranged staff, decor and a balloon wall for photos for the day it was a beautiful day i love being a part of the whole process.

Last day on holiday? I have a great idea for your last meal before you go home.

The special family I have been cooking for over the past 10 days left today and they had quite a few odds and sods left over from their trip that they didn’t get around to eating. Instead of making a whole new meal last night and buying more ingredients we decided to get everything together and create a small harvest table type meal.

I cooked up a few sirloin steaks, prepared skewers from the dorado they caught and made a few dips and spreads.

My guests invited their friends and family over to say goodbye and had a feast of little bites and snack. The perfect way to sit back and relax.
