A new addition to our canapé selection

We served this at the wedding we did over the weekend.

Smoked salmon eclair filled with a light and fluffy salmon mousse and touched with caviar and diced smoked salmon finished with a sprig of dill.

Sushi Sundays should really be a thing! 🍱

I honestly love sushi give me a salmon rose any day 🍣 it’s strange because cooked fish isn’t my favorite meal but give me some raw salmon or tuna and I am a very happy chef.

An upcoming client’s brief for a very special day coming up. ‘We just want to be able to enjoy the beautiful view that we have at home with a classy meal’ and their loved ones don’t want them slaving away in the kitchen.

This is just what I aim to do at Private Chef Ballito.

There is so much more to a celebration than having to worry about cooking for your loved ones. Spoil your favorite people with a night to remember in a space that you will always hold close.

Last night 3 course dinner for 8 guests.

The theme was beach vibes.

We finished off with a Lindt chocolate sphere filled with cheesecake on biscuit sand, strawberry coulis and a wave of blue 🌊🏖️

I loved all of the food/ menu requests from this client they knew exactly what they wanted and I was so excited to prepare their birthday dinner. The guests were full of fun and laughter and stopped by the open kitchen to chat to us as we worked. An absolute pleasure ♥️♥️♥️
