A festive friendsmas is the perfect excuse to have a private chef serve you a feast

My second time at one of my favorite guests homes just before Christmas serving up a 5 course dining experience with a festive twist for 12 of their friends.

This home is always filled with such beautiful people and I am so grateful to be included in their special occasions.

A Christmas party for your staff elevated with your own private chef serving dinner.

One of my very special clients treated his staff and colleagues to a dinner in his beautiful home. I love how these intimate dining experiences allow my guests to truly relax in privacy enjoying eachothers company without distraction.

Our beautifully weather calls for a 5 course plated braai menu.

We were asked by another client to recreate our plated braai menu for their group of friends in Simbithi.

I love it when an idea takes on a life of its own and becomes a request. This is a definite winner.

Summer meals made to enjoy with friends served by your private chef in Ballito

Our clients from Saturday relaxed as we served a 3 course meal set for these hot days we are having. We set the table and served a delicious lunch as the guest caught up. I loved seeing so many familiar faces.

A yearly friend celebration with Private Chef Ballito in Zimbali

Yesterday we served up a 3 course lunch for a new guest. The best surprise with some of their guests being clients from when I first started in 2017 and more familiar faces.

This was our first course seared tuna with pickled ginger caviar, wasabi aioli and an avocado blueberry salsa.

Last weekend we took a little trip out of Ballito to serve a dining experience…

We headed to Hillcrest for a very special birthday celebration with the most amazing family. The laughter was contagious and I loved every minute spent with them.

I received the most unexpected but truly appreciated gifts that I am loving. Thank you for having me there you are all so very kind.
