Dinner for two with Private Chef Ballito for an anniversary celebration…

My client wanted to spoil his other half to a dinner in their holiday home.

I arrived set the table and poured the champagne while they relaxed and enjoyed their time together.

Friday nights birthday canapé party celebrating one of my favorite clients big day.

I absolutely love canapé parties and even better when it is a repeat client. The kitchen is gorgeous and she always has the best guests.

Prawn cocktails skewers
Deboned chicken with a sage and cranberry stuffing
Steamed new potatoes with lemon and herbs
Garlic and parsley mushrooms
Quinoa with avocado and sun-dried tomatoes
