A wilderness trip with Private Chef Ballito for an incredible group of ladies

Part 2 of my trip to Hluhluwe game reserve at the end of last month. Welcoming the group back from their experience in the wilderness I served a 3 course dinner to fill the hungry bellies as I looked out onto the beautiful scenery listening to all of their incredible stories.

Looking for a simple catering option for your next business meeting…

2 weeks ago I did a double set up .kzn with brunch canapés for the teams arrival followed by a lunch finger food menu. I arrived delivered the spread and headed back to the kitchen to prepare lunch. My clients was over the moon with the days feast.

I have to say this clubhouse is incredible it is a home away from home.

Pssssst you don’t need to worry about cooking on your birthday

A small delivery for my clients very special celebration last week Thursday. I collected her dishes at the rental house and returned the next day with selection of food ready to go so that they could just stay at the pool and relax while celebrating.

We did a selection of canapés for lunch and had a big lasagne, salad and garlic bread for later on.

No excuses have that party, relax at home and have your food delivered by your very own private chef in Ballito.

A special 5 course Asian inspired dinner for a lovely ladies birthday.

My second event on Saturday had me in Zimbali preparing a dinner for the birthday girl and her friends while the kids ran around and played.

This month has had so many huge changes but I am so incredible to be a private chef in Ballito doing what I love even more now that I have a bigger kitchen.
