The journey of starting Chocnotes Lowveld began in December 2022 when my wife and I organized our oldest daughter's third birthday party. We were impressed by the Chocnotes concept and had a conversation about bringing it to the Lowveld region, as we noticed a lack of dedicated suppliers for kids' party packs in the area. Less than 10 months later, on our way to Pretoria, my wife spotted an advertisement for a Chocnotes franchise opportunity. We immediately started the paperwork, and by December 2022, we had our own Chocnotes franchise in the Lowveld.

We never imagined we'd have the opportunity to create special memories for our clients and friends. Yet, that is exactly what we strive to do - exceed our clients' expectations and ensure they are thrilled with the final product. While Lizaan works full-time at a salon in Nelspruit and I am in car sales, we dedicate our evenings and early mornings before and after work to this endeavor. In the beginning, there were some late nights and many reprints, but our top priority has always been to deliver something our clients are 100% satisfied with. This is just a brief introduction to our small business and how it all started. We are grateful to everyone who has supported us, and we look forward to serving more customers in the future.
