In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Managing event bookings and liaising with clients to understand their needs.
• Overseeing all aspects of event setup, ex*****on, and breakdown.
• Ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers, including running social media campaigns.
• Budgeting and managing event expenses.
• Adapting to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Working effectively under pressure and multitasking with ease.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience in event management (a plus!).
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is detail-oriented and has a strong work ethic.
• Can problem-solve creatively and think on their feet.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Is able to start 1 January 2025.

Ward's Way Venue hosted a wedding lunch for Riyaadh & Nazeera on 14 Sept. 2024. The Backdrop on the stage looked amazing and stage and the cool greens made the event calm and serene. The stacking of the tea cups were spectacular , all Decor was supplied by Bashir.
