Reflecting on the past three years of the Tribute 2 SA Jazz Legends project, I am in awe of God's grace upon this journey. This year, we celebrate nine years since we first launched the Tribute 2 SA Jazz Legends show at the Joburg Theatrein 2015. It was a humbling start with only 4-5 people in the audience over three nights, but we persevered.
A heartfelt thank you to Joburg Theatre for the unwavering partnership since day one, and to the National Arts Council of South Africa (NAC), the of Sports, Arts & Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, and South African Music Performance Rights Association- SAMPRA for their continued support and financial backing.
This year's Tribute Show is going to be massive, and we can't wait to announce the date in the next two weeks. Stay tuned!
