10ml salt

Best Banana Bread ( No eggs, no butter)

Dry ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp of ground cinnamon
Half a tsp of nutmeg
1/4 of salt/ pinch
3/4 cup of sugar
Walnuts/ Pecans chopped

With ingredients

1/4 soya milk or any milk
4 ripe bananas
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
3 tbsp of oil

Sift all dry ingredients, then add sugar. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add all wet ingredient. Add the dry mix to the wet mix. Fold in chopped nuts. Do not over mix. Bake for 40 min or until well cooked.
