As autumn descends, we’re learning to pause with gratitude for the beauty of slowing down. As The Center winds down, turns inwards and tunes in, we give thanks for your patience. 🐌

You are invited to join Anneke Demnitz on a transformative Sound Journey at The Center in Noordhoek on 27th January 2024 from 2.30-4pm 🍃

“I will be using the Solfeggio Frequency Tuning Forks, as well as a variety of other healing instruments including frame drum, Tibetan Bowl, wind chimes, rainstick and rattle.

The Solfeggio Frequencies form the basis of many sacred music traditions such as Gregorian Chanting and Sanskrit mantras.
They balance the whole body, physical, spiritual and emotional bodies to bring about spiritual awakening and transformation.
We will be using breathwork, our intentions, and the power of sound, to heal, transform and open our hearts.
Investment is R300 for the session.
