Went past Ronaldo's Fisheries this week and noticed that they are closed and all the signage has been removed ....anyone know what's happening there ?
Just hasn't been the same since the original owner left...pity as it was definitely one of the better fish and chips take away in the area.

I've been soaking these seeds in green tea for close to 24 hours now...
Some are floating and the others are on the bottom of the little tub...
Why is that ?

I've been craving sweet and sour pork for ages.
Tried two Chinese take aways and wasted my money...they use frozen processed pork balls...arghh !
I decided to make my own crumbed deep fried pork,sweet and sour sauce from scratch and will never spend R 100/120 on take aways again.
