Last weekend we celebrated my little nephew's 3rd Birthday.
I whipped up a moist buttery vanilla cake with a watercolour buttercream frosting topped with Marshall from Paw Patrol.

I know its been a few days since Easter. But here is a throwback to what we got up to this Easter weekend. Freshly made winter spiced, zesty Hot cross buns. Some had gooey chocolate in and the rest had a flavourburst of sultanas in.
We also made beautiful bunny cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes with little nests filled with speckled eggs.

I know it has been a WHILE since I last posted on this page... 10 months and 3 days to be exact...
But what a better way to celebrate a page's resurrection with a decadent 5 layer chocolate cake with a caramel and Oreo whipped cream frosting topped with a dark chocolate mint ganache, oreos, short bread and Ferrer Rocher. Keep an eye out to see what we got up to this easter!
