Our House of Maria brand is growing. We have added accessories to our range and started with " polymer clay" earrings.

These earrings are hand made by our designer using clay from a local small business that make their own polymer clay.

Our hardware (studs and earring posts) are nickel free but we also have stainless steel and 18k gold plated and clear plastic findings available on order.

These earrings make ideal gifts and stocking fillers.

Who is the designer behind House of Maria Bridal Couture ?

My name is Elmarie and I am a local Bridal and evening wear designer. I have been in this industry since 1999. My journey started as assistant designer to the wonderfully talented Susan Ellis straight out of College where I graduated with a Diploma in Clothing production and fashion design.

In 2006 the opportunity arose to venture out on my own and while raising my family I also got to live my dream of designing and making beautiful gowns.

In 2022 after surviving COVID by God's grace I rebranded as "House of Maria" in honour of all the wonderful "Maria's" that helped shaping my life.

My passion is creating beautiful hand crafted gowns as affordable as possible so every bride/matric's dream can become a reality.

I'm looking forward to meeting each and every future client.

For the month of November our consultations are free. There are only a few 60mins slots left till Saturday 30 November 2024 so contact us to book your consultation.
