As a chef allot of people ask me what do I cook and eat at home. I think chefs are simple people when it comes to food. We just want something easy, fresh and tasty.

I managed to get my hands on probably the freshest tuna I have ever had and put together a few things.

Tuna tartare, avocado, soy, sesame and nori.

Tuna carpaccio, Citrus and caper vinigarette, cucumber, sesame.

Honey and soy marinated tuna steaks, done on the braai with Tabbouleh salad.
