🍗🍯Sticky glaze Chicken by Fabulous Foods by Des 🍗🍯

8 Chicken pieces of choice
Cut away excess skin/fat.
Lightly coat with salt/pepper/bbq or chicken spice

Mix together : 4 heaped tablespoons of marinade (any pre-made, bottled shop variety will do) and
4 heaped tablespoons Apricot Jam.
Coat chicken with mixture.

Place in oven tray and bake on 200' until chicken is cooked to the bone.

🍇🍈🍉🍊Roasted Butternut Christmas Salad by Fabulous Foods by Des :

1kg Butternut, chopped into bitesize chunks, coated with oil of choice, crushed salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of mixed or Italian herbs. Roasted at 200', tossing frequently, until done. Set aside to cool

One Pack Butter Lettuce, roughly broken into smaller chunks (any choice of lettuce will work)
One pack Baby Spinach
A few radishes, thinly sliced (I used a grater)
3 rounds feta, cubed
Dried Cranberries
Sunflower seeds and / or pumpkin seeds

Optional : Olives
Optional Dressing : Mix 2 Tablespoons of Mayo, 1 small tub of Plain/Greek yogurt, 1 Tablespoon lemon Juice and dollop over salad

Do not mix salad but rather layer all the ingredients. Prep all ingredients up front and assemble just before eating for the best results.

Today I received a call that changes my life for a bit until this becomes the new normal!

As most of you know my life has been a bit wonky for the last 2.5 years while I have been trying to find my feet and Fabulous Foods is usually the first to pull on the short end of the stick.

So thank you, to all of you, who have supported my business(es) up until now. You are the reason have been able to keep food on our table🌸🩷

I have been fortunate to get a position at a very large company (thanks to a Fabulous Foods client who referred me🥰) and I will be starting with them as of this Friday 1 November, cooking for their staff. I can cook on the premises or at home which is fantastic, as long as their staff eats from 12-2 Monday to Friday.

At first I did consider to close Fabulous Foods but then I came up with a new plan.

I can sell whatever I am cooking for them, right here too!

It will still be some of your favourites, at a flat rate of R50 per meal. Yes *R50* per meal!

The only catch is that it will fresh meals daily.

Some of the meals I can still advertise as frozen meals (for example, if I do curry and rice for the company, I can do curry for you as you always bought it, no rice, silver food containers) and then it will cost R60 each for the 400-450g size)

I hope I'm making sense lol

If you feel my services no longer works for you, please feel free to leave the group 🥰 I completely understand 🥰

Please note the following :

Fabulous Foods by Des will be closing with immediate effect until close to the end of March due to personal reasons.

This was unplanned and unexpected but it is something that needs to be seen to as soon as possible.

We trust that you will be understanding in this regard and trust that our loyal clients will be right here when we get back.

Did you know?

Taglia-Sagna is the Fabulous Foods by Des signature dish created 23 years ago when I was just 18 years old😁 I have sold TONS of this pasta! It has been supplied to birthday parties and even weddings! It is the most sold dish as well. Can even be found on Google!

So, seeing as it's my birthday month🥰 let me see if I can have a record breaking month in sales of this fabulous dish🥰
