It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Katherine, the heart and soul of Birdies Catering. After a five-year battle with cancer, fought with incredible bravery and a determination that could put anyone to shame, Katherine has passed away.
Katherine was more than just a business owner; she was an amazing boss, an even more incredible chef, and a passionate force in the kitchen. She poured her love and creativity into every dish, and her greatest joy was bringing delicious meals to your special events. Her talent and dedication were evident in every bite, and she leaves behind a legacy of excellence.
Beyond her culinary gifts, Katherine was a truly remarkable person. She touched the lives of so many with her kindness, strength, and unwavering spirit. She will be deeply missed by her Birdies Catering family, her clients, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
