Thank you to all of you that have supported my love of baking for the past 11 years.

I have decided to take a step back … but from the bottom of my heart I thank you for entrusting me to create for your special occasion.

Maybe someday, I will venture out again, but for the foreseen future, I will just be baking for my family 🤪

Madeleine Hat cake with an Italian twist 🤪
2 layers for decadent chocolate sponge, a chocolate frosting/caramel filling covered in white buttercream icing. Topped off with a fondant covered rice crispie treat Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Other handmade fondant toppings are the Italian flag, checkered picnic blanket, salami pizza, spaghetti with bolognese sauce, Italian bread and a set of boxing gloves.

Vanilla sponge fileld with buttercream and covered in fondant.

FYI - I do not usually cover cakes in fondant, I feel it is a waste. But this cake needed it to get the final feel ☺️

4 layers of alternating choc and vanilla sponge with buttercream filling, covered with marbled dark blue/black icing, topped with black chocolate ganache drip and a Mandalorian Fortnite helmet made from cakepop mix and covered with fondant.

Pastel Dual Birthday cake. 2 layers of vanilla sponge filled and covered with dairy free frosting. Topped with 3D fondant Dinosaur and Unicorn. Finished with 2D fondant rainbow, clouds, hearts and bunting.
