Sometimes, you just need to have some fun and bake some biscuits! These Butter Biscuits with both Fondant and Royal Icing were a wonderful chance to play around with various decorating styles. The eggs are my personal favourite.

This cookie cake was decorated with fresh strawberries, blackberries and Blushing Brides! The base was a vanilla shortbread with Swiss Meringue buttercream between the layers. It was an absolute delight to to have with a cup of coffee.

I made these lime and coconut cupcakes for a cupcake competition a few years ago. I nearly didn't have anything to hand in because I was so busy snacking on them! The crunch of the candied lime peel and royal icing butterflies was a wonderful addition.

Viola! A absolutely delightful and refreshing wedding cake. I was so excited to finally put on the final touches on this beauty in this lovely garden wedding. I have it on good authority that nothing was left of this Hummingbird with Mascarpone icing cake after it was served for dessert. Wishing you all the best with you marriage!

I do love putting fresh fruit on cakes. The tartness of a strawberry with some sweet icing? Brilliant idea. Toss in some delightfully pink macarons and I believe we have glorious birthday cake!

The one fun thing about baking cakes for someone who doesn't expect it, is that you can do whatever you want! A Dark Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, a chocolate wrap and a mountain of Astros. It didn't last very long.

If anyone ever tells you that there *is* a thing as too much chocolate, leave. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
This 21st birthday cake was a chocolate bomb of Dark Chocolate cake, Chocolate Ganache, Rolos, Whispers, Chocolate biscuits and meringues. It's times like these that I have to remind myself that I am not allowed to eat the client's cake.
