The Scoop... Join us for a 3-month adventure at Hot Shot Events Management in sunny Cape Town! At the end of your internship, there’s a glittery chance for full-time employment based on your stellar performance.

We're looking to add a talented individual to our team as a Decor Hiring, Sales & Admin Assistant! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, this role could be perfect for you.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing our Decor Department, showcasing creativity and event flair, and demonstrating strong administrative skills. Experience in logistics and communications, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, are essential.

We value individuals with a great work ethic, dynamic personality, and friendly demeanor. Customer relations and building customer confidence are at the core of this role. Computer literacy is a must, along with owning a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Being social media savvy on all platforms is crucial, and knowledge of Canva, Sage Pastel, and Monday.com would be a definite plus. Familiarity with online applications and loading items online would also be advantageous.
