First and Second Course…

Chicken Roulade. Stuff with moz and basil pesto, wrapped in bacon. Crumbed and fried 😍 Served with a cheese sauce and crispy sweet potatoes. It was so delish!!

Deconstructed Beef Brisket Pie 🥧 Slow-cooked brisket (24hours 🤤) served on creamy butter mashed potatoes with a side of greens. The built-up flavor on this one was gooooood….
