Volgens die POPIA Wet wat more 1 Julie 2021 in werking tree, is admin verplig om 2 vrae aan elke persoon op die blad te vra:
1. Wil jy deel wees van die blad?
2. Onderneem jy om nie die persoonlike inligting van die lede sigbaar elders te gebruik nie?
Indien jy JA kan antwoord, bly asb op die blad. Jy hoef nie 'n antwoord te stuur nie
Indien jy NEE antwoord, verlaat asb die blad vir almal se veiligheid.
