rder to establish their needs, ideas and most importantly their budgets. Budgets can be a very delicate and complex matter, but we gladly accept the challenge, as we know anything is possible, and we will still ultimately provide a high standard and quality of service & products that is desirable. We have been in the wedding industry for over 10 years, and have accumulated a vast list of extraordinary suppliers that we have worked with before and trust whole heartily to work with us again. Do yourself, your guests and your nerves a favour and GET proper service providers!

Check references, social media, ask around...

And if need be, pay a bit more to have these professional service providers on your wedding day team!

Going cheap or scrimping on photographers, DJ's, catering etc etc could be a disaster that will taint all the memories you have of your special day...so don't do it!

This lovely photographer for example is one of many, talented photographers who will just never let her couples down...now doesn't that sound like someone you want on your side?!

Our Story

Bells & Whistles Wedding & Events Planner is owned and run by Leann McCabe, who is a certified wedding planner, coordinator and decor designer, based in Cape Town. Her key specialization is wedding management, and aims to create the perfect that is uniquely yours.

She works closely with every couple in order to establish their needs, ideas and budget for their big day and strongly believes that a planner is one of the most valuable assets a couple can invest in, when planning their wedding.

With a background in hospitality through the International Hotels School, as well as certification through the SA School of Weddings, it is easy to understand why she has a very strong track record and valuable relationships with many suppliers in the industry.
