OUR PRODUCTS
Las Paletas (spanish for ice lollies), are hand made artisan sorbet and dairy lollies made in small batches from quality ingredients such as real fruit, herbs, spices, nuts and real dairy. All our products are 100% natural and free from flavourants, colourants, additives and powdered products. Our recipes are variations on traditional ice cream, frozen yogurt and fresh fruit juice. We

specialize in exotic, out of the ordinary flavours like guava & cheese, coconut lemonade, pineapple and chili, sour mango, peanut butter & jam, mango lassi, litchi raspberry and more…

We aim to surprise, indulge and satisfy our customers with our constantly changing flavours, proving that it really is never too cold or too hot for a lollie. WHO WE ARE
Husband and wife duo, Jason Sandell and Diana Chavarro have combined their passion for food, with her Latin American heritage and the very best South African ingredients, to create Las Paletas. Founded in 2012, Las Paletas started in their home kitchen; but has quickly grown in popularity with each new and exiting flavour created. You can now find Las Paletas, at many deli’s around Western Cape, as well as selected Pick and Pays.
