Our website is designed to help you navigate easily between all that we can offer you. All meals are cooked by us (Guy & Lyall), a.k.a Guyall, using the best quality ingredients that we can find as if we were cooking for ourselves. Everything we make is done with passion and for the love of cooking. We try as far as possible, not to use any additives or preservatives, however, on the odd occasion

we find the ingredient we need already has this in (for example. We value such ingredients and use it for quality purposes. Meals are packaged and frozen, ready for delivery.

Variety is the spice of life! This weekend we did a 14 course canapé wedding and it was delightful and delicious!!! Featured here (in no particular order):
- mushroom arancini with smoked garlic aioli
- churros , raspberries and chocolates
- grilled nectarine and goats cheese salad
- soft shell prawn tacos with apple slaw
- buffalo mozzarella caprese bruschetta

Wood fired spit braai lamb...SERIOUSLY, is there anything better???!!! Swartland lamb marinated with rosemary, lemon, garlic and chopped Kalamata olives then slowly cooked on the spit braai and carved up and served in a lamb bone broth gravy with chimichurri.

Our clients get what our clients want! Rys, vleis and pampoen koekies for the lovely Jana & Jacques! When you've been dreaming of your wedding meal your whole life and wanting it to be the most special menu with meaning for you, we make it happen! Pumpkin fritters served with charred butternut and salted caramel sauce...mmmmmmm :-)

Our Feast to Table menu... deboned, free range chicken thighs cooked on the rotating wood fired souvla braai! Skin is kept on and as it turns over the coals it continually bastes the meat while crisping up... YUM!!! Finished with a lemon aioli and spring onion salsa! Winning!!!
