𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐚𝐤𝐚 "𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝" 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬... 𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤

We have countless requests for unedited “raw” images and videos even though it is addressed in our contract. So let me take a moment to explain it:

𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬 :
It’s my product. A final, edited product. It carries my brand name that can make or break me.
I Shoot 2000-3000 photos a day, of which I edit all the good ones - 800 (give or take). Yes - all the good ones. It takes a lot of time - time that you have paid me for.

No photographer in their right mind will withhold usable images from a bride. The ones that we don’t edit and do not give you did not make the culling process because : blurry images, focus on the wrong spot, exposure issues, duplicates, closed eyes - or you simply dont look good on it.

Also, our camera RAW files can not be opened without the proper photo editing software.

And yes. I can convert it to jpeg for you. But that entails editing.

𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 :
I’ll explain it in a scenario :
I video the first dance, as I move across for a slide I bump into tannie Suzie videoing on her phone, the gimbal shakes and I mumble “for f*** sake” as I just may have missed a crucial dip/kiss/booty shake. The camera picks up the sound… not about to put my name on that.

And yes. I can remove the sound. But that entails editing.

When choosing your media team, make sure you trust them to deliver a perfect product. If you dont - find someone you do trust. Trust means you believe that they will move heaven and earth to get the shot - and provide the best possible goodness of your day.
