At Afternoon Delight High Tea Venue we strive to offer convenience and value for money. Included in the price per person is a stunning private venue that is available to you the entire day. The inside area can seat up to 30 people in 1 area and 15 in another, outside we can seat up to 50 people. Then there is also an inside kiddies corner play area with a blackboard, toys, mini kitchen and colouri

ng books. We also have a projector and screen. We have house decor that's available free of charge, crockery, cutlery and 4 photo spots, including a spot that could be transformed into a themed Photobooth. The catering price per person also includes a private chef, a cleaner and a waiter. We have parking for 40 vehicles and will arrange everything you need for a perfect party, on your behalf. House decor includes:
Silver underplates
Various colours of runners
White table cloths
Napkins: Vintage Beige Embroidered., Bright Pink or White Damask
Old Brass teapots with Silk Flowers
Various Lanterns
Bird Cages
Pampas & Eucalyptus
Small & Large Glass Vases

We try to accommodate every budget, yet we do have a minimum spend of R5000 per event and ask a R750 cleaning & service fee. We also ask that we do most of the catering but do not mind when you bring your own cake, guest gifts, alcohol or decor. Self catering options:
Weekdays, Friday Nights & Weekday Public Holidays @ R1000
Saturdays @ R2500
Sundays @ R1500 (includes a cleaner)

All menus and options could be combined to get to the total spend, no matter how many guests. For example:

Drink on arrival
Snacks on arrival
Main
Sweet Platter Dessert and so on. We have a variety of set menus but also create custom menus per event, based on your requirements and preference. To reserve your date, we ask a booking deposit of R1000 to confirm your commitment and this also offers you security that your venue is secured. Refunds are available up until 2 months before the event date. STANDARD EXTRAS ADDED ON A REGULAR BASIS:
