CAN YOU SMELL IT?

You can usually smell Spring first, it smells like jasmine flowers! We anxiously awaited Spring this season, hoping it will bring about a change to our industry as well as the season and our moods.

And it kinda did! This week we are putting the final touches on preparations for an intimate wedding. We just cannot wait for this couples special day!

WHAT DOES THE FUTURE OF SEATING PLANS LOOK LIKE?

Good question, we are not 100% sure. If regulations require us to stick to social distancing your number of tables at a smaller celebration will exponentially increase which also impacts your decor 😳

Tomorrow over on our Blog (and maybe we do another IG Live) we will be sharing our opinion on what protocols you might need to enforce when we are allowed to celebrate intimate weddings and small events.

WE MISS MAKING MEMORIES

Are you also missing people, places and making memories outside of your own home or town? Goodness it has been forever!

We loved the guestbook/photobooth setup from The Avenant wedding. Guests took polaroid pics of them in front of the stunning wood pallet photobooth, then wrote the couple a message in their guestbook and exchanged their polaroid for their table number. It kept the guests entertained and provided The Avenants with some sweet memories.

MEET CHENELLE

There are many things we are excellent in and love doing .... bookkeeping isn't one of them. When running a business like ours the last thing on your mind is SARS, receipts and number crunching. As Impressionant Events grew it became evident that we needed to outsource our bookkeeping to someone with more expertise in the financial field. And "boy oh boy" are we grateful that we have Chenelle from

Chenelle shares our company values, she understands our challenges and gives sound financial advise with our future vision in mind. Big plus is that she explains the difficult financial things in lamen terms and makes them easier to incorporate or tackle in our day-to-day business.
