The Stand Off - A Biannual fitness event open to anybody ranging from Crossfit to the weekend warrior, giving you the opportunity to compete and show everyone if you have what it takes to be the king or queen of the podium! The Stand off takes place over a single day consisting of only 128 competitors, battling it out over 3 workouts in true old school western style, head to head, with only 2 male
