Last Saturday, Mia's Academy for Kids hosted its 8th Annual Mini-Debs Ball, an event marked by elegance and sophistication.

The highlight was undoubtedly the talented debutants who mesmerized the audience with their impressive dance performances.
Debutants aged 3 to 5 showcased exceptional talent, gracing the stage with poise, stylish attire, and captivating dance moves.
The evening was filled with nostalgia, joyous tears, laughter, and countless smiles, culminating in invaluable memories.

A stylish Paris-inspired Sweet 16 event was hosted yesterday afternoon to commemorate Jesme's birthday milestone. With mom Bianca at the helm, the event's Parisian theme was beautifully reflected in every detail of the venue. Mommy's desire was for the gals to have a great time with an exciting programme that would engage and keep them entertained 🥳
An event organised especially for Jes and her galfrends to relish. These stunning lasses arrived dressed in something Paris and were certainly a vibe to reckon with. Such simple, humble and respectful teens all pumped up to party and celebrate Jesme❣️🙏🏽

A leap out of zone comfort for me but what delight did it bring along, adding so much more meaning to my duties of an MC/Program Coordinator.... The Wicked Witch Of Wonderland!

Yes, it certainly was a beautiful JOURNEY where it all began in seeking out princess ball gowns and finally settling on the character of a WITCH.....BUHAHAAHAHAHA!!!!

May I add that it was not just dress-up as a witch but to compile lil scenes in between items and role play aswell. As my hubby would agree, being a witch comes naturally 😁..... 🙄But having to practice my high pitch shrieky voice and the witch laughter was another story altogether, however, I was totally up for the challenge. The great part in all this drama was that I had an absolutely fantastic principal whom I worked with the entire time.... Speaking to her (for way over an hour over the phone🙃) helped boost my confidence & stamina. I definitely was not going to back down from this challenge!!! No ways!!!

Watching the teachers and learners from backstage was indeed just so nostalgic for me... I simply relished every wave that took over!

My heartfelt gratitude TO principal Aziza Vahed Amla of HILLTOP PRE-PRIMARY SCHOOL for being the amazing leader that she is. Well done to you and you staff for planning & training the lil ones whom performed an absolutely delightful showdown. Thank you for having the faith in me and entrusting me with this extraordinary role play character, to program direct in. I simply Luuuurrved every moment❤️
