Cederkloof’s legendary cottages and luxury tents is the perfect ‘little village’ set-up for your family and friends over a extended wedding getaway. Our venue building is newly renovated with a commercial grade kitchen, bread oven, swimming pool and large fire places.
We have hosted numerous weddings at our outdoor ceremony spaces. People put their own personalities into the wedding since there is no feeling of ushering people in and out. The relaxed, slow and sophisticated atmosphere ads to the opportunity for the bride and groom to thoroughly take part in the event and remember the time that was spent with loved ones.
We have extensive fynbos gardens that is part of a larger rehabilitation project where the birds are numerous and the feeling of care is pervasive. We offer natural confetti, all glass is recycled on site and the worm farms and compost heaps absorb all the flowers and organic matter from the kitchens. We support and encourage a small wedding footprint and will work with each couple to add and encourage biodiversity at the farm. Some guests have planted trees others have sponsored trees with a plaque.
