Nice Touch Cooking Lessons and Catering

I began training housekeepers in 2003 as a few friends asked me to teach my style of cooking and ever since Nice Touch has grown into a cooking school training 500 people plus, a year. Empowering someone to have the confidence to cook is what inspires me the most it enables them not only to find employment, improve their cooking skills as well as learn nutritional values and new economical ways to feed their families.

I also offer private lessons in your own kitchens one on one or groups of 4. Kids, Teens and young adult lessons teach fussy kids to eat with the family as they learn to cook for their families. Kids lessons are during the school holidays, private lessons (min 5) or birthday parties. I teach a large variety of dishes, my style is traditional but I keep up to date with the latest trends. Favourite’s are sushi, poke, stylish salads, kosher and Jewish holidays, low carb/banting and more...
